As exciting as it gets, home buying process is a stressful time to get through. You might have visited a hundred homes and still have many more in the list but just not the home that feels home enough to you. You might have placed many offers, but this home would feel much beyond what you want. But only when you’ve zeroed in on the right home does the real trouble start. The condition of the HVAC system or any other mechanical system, any irregularities in plaster or paneling or any damage caused by mold, termite or pests must be checked effectively as a part of the inspection by the inspector in charge.
