Top 10 Effective Ways to Overcome your Fear

Everything you want is on the other side of fear-rightly said by someone. Fear is something that always keeps us demotivated and away from experience new things. Well, let my begin this by narrating my story of fear and how I was able to conquer it. I had this fear of water that always kept me away from enjoying going into rivers, rafting and so on. Believe it or not, I was scared even to go to the bank of a river. But this April, a couple of my friends decided to go Hrishikesh and try out rafting. After getting so-called lectures, actually ‘motivation’ from my friends, I said “yes”. What happened next is something which I am going to cherish throughout my life, the memories back there is still as if I went for rafting the previous day. At first I felt like giving up but the constant efforts of my lovely friends and of course the guide made me sail through my fear. Here is a list of some effective ways you can try to overcome your fear.

Facing your fear is the only way you can cope with it. The more you run away, the worst it gets to. No doubt, it is challenging and risky but you have to do it.
