Many of us have been well acquainted with the world of hostels.Living in a hostel is altogether a different experience which according to me should be experienced by everybody once in their lifetime.In hostel you will find people with best qualities and also the most annoying people at the same time.Hostels are practically everything a place should be and everything a place should not be, all at once.Although every hostel is unique in its own sense but the basic features of the people living almost remain the same. Here are ten types of creatures that are found in every girls hostel in India.

10) Nerd

These people have taken the phrase “Books are your best friend” very seriously. Finding everybody with books during exams is a common scenario in every hostel during exams but you will find these exceptional people with books throughout the year starting from the very first day of the semester when everybody else around is in a jolly mood these girls don’t waste even a single minute of their life and devote their entire time to books.And also all of their conversations start with academics and end there.

9) Lovers

They usually come out of their rooms at night and are mostly found in corners that can be actually out of your imagination , talking all night over phone is common for them and when they fight over the phone it gives you a feeling that you are experiencing the fight yourself as the volume in which they talk is equivalent to a bomb explosion.

8) The phone addict

These people are usually not hooked up with anybody but still consider phone as an integral part of their body, these people are active on almost every social networking site, you just name it and they have it and it seems that they have made chatting as their primary aim in life, they would hardly look in your face and talk to you rather that would prefer texting you for saying things, yeah they are some of the amused creatures you will find on this planet.

7) The slob

As soon as you enter there rooms you will feel as if you have entered in some junkyard, these people are too lazy to get up and keep back things at their proper place after using them and the ‘swaatch abhiyaan’ of their rooms is the best part as it is once in a blue moon and there is not even a single person in the entire hostel who is not aware of their mission for that day.

6) The storehouse

Till the time these people are living with you in the hostel you need not worry if you are short of anything anytime as these people have got almost everything with them that too in bulk storage whether it is some food item or first aid box these people have got everything with them to face the worst consequences, so whenever you are in a fix these people are the ultimate solution with their storehouse always at your disposal.

5) Philosophers

These people can literally find philosophies in every thing, even in a somasa for that matter, once they get the opportunity to speak and share their views on something trust me they can continue speaking forever if they are not interrupted by anybody.They are people with most mood swings ever, sometimes their philosophies are all about being happy in life without bothering about what the world thinks and the very next day they are the most melancholic person you would have ever met.

4) Self- obsessed ones

You will always find them in front of the mirror admiring themselves and literally asking the question”Mirror mirror on the wall who is the prettiest of all”.They dance, sing,study and practically do every possible thing in front of the mirror, they are their own best friends and they not even need a living soul as a company until they have their very dear mirror with them.

3) Mama’s girl

From the schedule of classes in college to what they ate today, they give a detailed account of their day to their mothers. These kind of people can be irritating many a times as when they are besides you and talking on the phone, trust me you actually feel like killing yourself, as even if they puke they instantly call their mothers and tell them, besides all this they can be the topic of amusement in almost every conversations.

2) lazy – ass ( The less social ones)

These people are just too lazy or maybe just too cool to interact with anybody, unless and until you will forcefully initiate a conversation with these people you will hardly see them opening their mouth, but once you get to know each other trust me the people of this category can be your closest of friends and sometimes even wildest, but sadly they show this side of them only to their friends and nobody else.

They follow the principles of Alok Nath in true sense, besides keeping fasts on every religious occasions these people are just against drinking, smoking and late night outs,not only do they hate doing such things by themselves , but also these people do not let others also around them do such stuffs so anybody in the hostel who plans to it by any chance makes sure that these girls do not come to know about it.
