The most common problem seen in youth is that they stopping eating. They avoid their meals which is not good for their health. Just try to make a balance between life and food. If you are angry, the best solution to overcome the problem is to write them. And after writing the situations just tear the page or burn it, though funny but will give you immense pleasure. Never save your writings for future had especially these heated up moments. Just throw them, as soon as you complete your writing. Apart from this, just have a behavior of let go, as this is the easiest way to overcome the situations. This life is too long and if we take the situations seriously, we will lose the good times. Just let go off the bad situations and always try to catch the good ones.
